ABOUT THE PROJECT:
This comprehensive renovation of a classic New Rochelle villa, integrates timeless architectural elements with modern design principles. The project features Cesar's iconic Unit and N_Elle kitchen models as well as Maxima 2.2 with Shaker Door, chosen for their integration into the overall aesthetic. The kitchen design incorporates custom Breccia Capraia Italian marble monoblock and Unit island with an oversized 4mm stainless steel slab countertop. The combination of monolithic structures and sharply contrasted finishes delivers a striking visual impact while maintaining functional excellence. The result is a space defined by its bold geometry, meticulous craftsmanship, and enduring design integrity.
