On Thursday, June 18th, Nicosia became the stage for an intimate celebration of material, craft, and design community. Cesar and Cucina & Cucina — part of the Ergo Home group — opened the doors of their Nicosia showroom to a curated gathering of the island's most prestigious architectural studios, for an evening inspired by Beyond Uniformity: A Journey Through Texture.

The concept, first presented at Milano Design Week, guided guests through Cesar's latest research into surface and material: a vision that moves beyond the uniform finish to embrace the expressive richness of texture — in wood, lacquer, stone, and metal — as the defining element of a contemporary kitchen project.

The evening offered architects and designers the opportunity to reconnect, to handle the new finishes firsthand, and to explore how Cesar's design language translates into real, livable spaces. Conversation flowed naturally alongside the discovery of novelties, making the event as much a moment of professional exchange as a product showcase.

A special note of celebration marked the occasion: the evening also honoured seven years of partnership between Cesar and Cucina & Cucina — a collaboration rooted in shared values of precision, craftsmanship, and an unwavering commitment to design excellence.
