ABOUT THE PROJECT:
The project is located in the heart of the historic center, in a building full of history (most likely a former downtown theater).
The property owners are passionate about design and have created an open living space, paying great attention to every detail (you can notice the custom decorative elements used to fix the new beam structure that replaced the old ones).
The kitchen is a central element of the project and had to be conceived with Cesar’s design sensitivity.
